The approximate timeline for the registration process is shown below. 

Each Provincial Rugby Union has a slightly different timeline depending on their competition structure. 

For the exact dates please contact your local Provincial Rugby Union.

• February
  Your Provincial Rugby Union will send your club/school a Registration Pack. 

• February/March
  Distribute the registration forms to your members to complete. 
  Collect the completed forms and pack them into the team envelopes provided in the Registration Pack. 

• April/May/June
  Return the completed registration forms to your local Provincial Rugby Union in the return envelope provided in the Registration Pack.
