Around February each year your local Provincial Rugby Union will send your club/school a registration pack containing New Zealand Rugby Registration Forms.
The Registration Pack will contain the following:
Club/School Team Sheet
Used to list teams and officials for Provincial Rugby Union purposes.
- New Administrator/Volunteer Forms
For administrators and volunteers that do not have a form with their details pre-printed on it.
- Personalised Administrator/Volunteer Forms
Pre-printed with personal details of existing administrators/volunteers based on the previous season's registrations.
- New Player Registration Forms
For players that do not have a form with their details pre-printed on it.
- Personalised Player Registration Forms
Pre-printed with personal details of existing players based on the previous season's registrations. The players' forms are sorted by the previous season's grades. Players need to review and amend the details on the form, sign and return.
- Team Envelopes
Used to hold completed player registration forms from each team for returning to your Provincial Rugby Union. Please complete the label to assist data entry.
- A Provincial Rugby Union Return Envelope
When the process is completed, please place all the team envelopes in the large return courier envelope and return to your Provincial Rugby Union. The sooner this can be done the sooner your rugby members will be registered.
Please note that your registration pack will not include any Coach Registraton Forms.
All coaches will be registered at either the RugbySmart Injury Prevention Presentation or the SmallBlacks Coaching Course facilitated by your local Provincial Rugby Union.
