Our Board is charged with setting strategy, direction and policy for New Zealand Rugby, and is ultimately responsible for the decisions and actions of NZR Management and Staff.
Our members include Affiliated Unions, the New Zealand Māori Rugby Board, Associate Members and our Life Members.
Our vision is to re-imagine rugby to ensure positive outcomes for Māori through rugby.
New Zealand Rugby is governed by the goals and rules set out in its Constitution.
New Zealand Rugby publishes its Annual Report each year, following Financial Year End of 31 December.
New Zealand Rugby Commercial is responsible for all aspects of the commercial business of professional rugby - broadcast and digital content, sponsorship, match revenue and merchandising.
