Rugby should reflect Aotearoa. As a Te Tiriti o Waitangi partner, Māori are central to that. Our focus also includes Pasifika and women, and continued work with Rainbow communities and disabled communities.
That includes:

Specific investment in leadership programmes and structural change for women to build a stronger pipeline of women into leadership and governance across rugby.

Diverse Governance — working with our Provincial Unions to build more diverse boards, including more women and Māori directors.
